Pomona at Blue Barn Wedding

Andy and Hannah were engaged while camping at a Dave Matthews Band show in Saratoga, NY. They knew that their wedding was going to be a big celebration with the family and friends.

Their day

Hannah and Andrew had the most lovely day at Pomona at Blue Barn. They chose Pomona because of its big, open, and airy feel. They loved the dark hardwood floors and white walls. Hannah and Andrew envisioned it as a blank canvas that they’d add greenery and rustic touches.

Pomona is great because they have a groom’s room downstairs with a bridal suite upstairs for the girls. So no driving back and forth from location to location. Lots of windows and natural light along with a large patio outside. For those entering the ceremony area out back, there were lots of drinks from Blue Barn. Which was refreshing for this warm day.

Hannah did a very emotional first look with her dad after getting dressed. Lots of tears of happiness and hugs on the balcony overlooking their venue. After the ceremony, guests were able to wander the grounds or grab a drink on the outside patio. Once the first dance was over, it was celebration time! Showcase Sound provided a packed dance floor with lots of laughing and all-out amazing time for their guests. By the time I said goodnight, the dance floor was still packed with smiling guests wherever you looked.
