Kayleigh had grown up going to mass at St Thomas More, where they held their ceremony. She loved the long stain glass windows that aligned outside of the pews.

I photographed Kayleigh and Michael’s engagement session in the middle of a snowstorm in February 2020. Right before the world shut down. Needless to say, they had to reschedule their wedding a couple of times. That being said, it was absolutely perfect day when it did finally happen. The morning started off a little windy and rainy but by the time cocktail hour started, the skies opened into this magnificent overcast with a hint of sun to light up her veil.

The cocktail hour was held on the patio at Monroe Golf Club. It was a spectacular view of the course. We lucked out when the sun came out just long enough for photos. Inside was their stunning tiered cake by Premier Pastry. Decked out in pinks, the candy bar was full of pink candy. While everyone was danming the night away, they ended their evening with a late night wings.
