how they met

“John was tagged in a photo on Facebook of a mutual friend, I had simply sent him a friend request! He started talking to me immediately and we talked for 8 months before we finally decided to meet! The day we went we consider to be our “dating anniversary”, 4 days later he moved into my apartment! Here we are now 6.5 years later getting married! It’s amazing what social media can do!”

how they picked the venue

“We had only seen one other venue, and still had a few showings to go. As soon as we walked into Cobblestone, I was absolutely in love! The atmosphere, the lights, the silo, everything was just so perfect! We could not have picked a more perfect venue!”

Rachel and John, where do I start? This was my last big celebration of 2021 and wow! They started out their first look with their best man doing a “fake” first look. John turned around and bam, his best man was there. Loud laughter ensued and started the day off with a bang. When John finally saw Rachel his face was full of emotions. As the wedding party was introduced the party came to life. One of the bridesmaids/groomsmen came in in a dinosaur costume. Then the next one came in and threw himself onto a table- #billsmafia style. It was rare not to have a photo of everyone laughing in it.

Showcase Sound kept the dance floor packed until the end of the evening. It was truly a great way to end my season. Congratulations Rachel and John!!
