Sonnenberg Gardens Wedding | Finger Lakes Photographer

Katie’ & Adam ‘s family has a lake house on Canandaigua Lake and that is how they found Sonnenberg Gardens. Since they lived out of town, they booked the venue, site unseen.

However, if you’re ever been to Sonnenberg Gardens, you know that it has stunning views everywhere you look. There are so many beautiful options for photos, it’s a photographers dream. The light is gorgeous and the food, well amazing, as always when done by Partyman Catering.

They were married in a ceremony overlooking the rose garden. It was perfect, romantic ceremony site.

We did a first look so that Katie and Adam could enjoy their cocktail hour and mingle with guests. This is your day, you can do however you’d like. But if your photos are important to you, I will always suggest a first look. You will have more time to take it all in and not feel rushed.

During the reception, Adam sung with his dads band along with his brother. Everyone was dancing the entire time. After the sun set, guests partied under the tent well into the night.
