I absolutely adore Lisa and James. I am so happy I was the one behind the lens capturing the day they became husband and wife. This beautiful couple tied the knot at St. Paul’s Church in Hilton, New York.

The Best Day

The day of Lisa and James’ wedding was an absolutely perfect summer day. We were able to take advantage of the wonderful sunshine and capture many formal photos outdoors. This wedding boasted a large wedding party. While taking their photos it was beautiful to see how much love this group of people had for one another.

Friends and family kicked off the reception at the Monroe Golf Country Club in Pittsford while we were taking formal pictures. After we finished, we headed to the Country Club as well and took a few more shots. The style of the reception venue and the beautiful bridesmaid’s dresses went so elegantly together.

Once dinner was over and the music got a little louder the dance floor was the place to be! Dance moves and smiles filled the floor. After working up an appetite the cake was cut. It was a stunning cake, and I learned that Premier Pastry was the baker, which is where I got my cake from when I got married! It was a little trip down memory lane for me.

As I was photographing this beautiful ceremony and reception I could feel every ounce of love that this group of people had for one another. I am forever grateful to have been a part of this family’s wedding day.
