Highland Park Engagement Session | Rochester, NY

I hadn’t met Kayleigh and Michael until their engagement session at Highland Park. It wasn’t supposed to snow, however since this is Rochester, you never know what you might get! They were in for the weekend for their tasting and tying up some loose ends for their upcoming October wedding. It was a gorgeous fluffy snowfall and I’m so happy they were up for it. I think it definitely paid off.

Their engagement:

Engaged on 11/21/2019. Michael took Kayleigh to their favorite restaurant, Ruth’s Chris, in Jersey City, NJ. They had a great dinner and then he wanted to walk home on the waterfront overlooking the Manhattan skyline. It was dark, but all the skyline lights were beautiful. It was actually a pretty mild evening for the middle of November.

They stopped along the way to take some pictures of the skyline and when we were all alone (very rare), Michael told her how great the past 5 years together had been and before she knew it, he got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of my life with him. Through her happy tears, she said yes! Taking in the moment before calling their loved ones.
