Belhurst Castle Winter Wedding | Finger Lakes Wedding Photographer
Caitlin + Chad
I couldn’t seem to keep my eyes dry at this remarkable wedding. Everything about it was so heartfelt and absolutely stunning.
First, a little backstory:
Caitlin and Chad met at the Green Front restaurant in Canandaigua, New York. Caitlin was out with a girlfriend who happened to know Chad’s Uncle. Meanwhile, Chad was out for his 30th birthday celebration weekend. (Yes, he had an entire weekend celebration that year—because turning 30 is awesome.) They ended up finding themselves next to each other, deep in conversation. After chatting until closing time, they realized they had many unique similarities and life experiences. Caitlin and Chad instantly connected. Because of their similar stories, they could genuinely understand, fully support, and unconditionally care for each other. Sounds like true love.
Vintage Glamour
They chose their wedding venue for the vintage feel. The antique fireplaces and cigar room make the Belhurst Castle and winery an extraordinary and unique venue. I love all of the rich textures and deep colors. So many photo ops—I think I could photograph for days at this place! After their ceremony, we went to White Springs Manor for photos of Cait and Chad and their wedding party. They came prepared for the cold weather and slush with everyone in their boots—so cute!
These two were so fun loving and caring. They were very excited for photos and were up for anything. Their wedding exemplified their depth of love for each other and their families. The photos of Caitlin dancing with her brother as her uncles stood in support told a story of family devotion. I am just so happy for them!
Congratulations, Cait and Chad. I wish you the happiest ever after!
