Rochester Elopement Photographer | Kat and Steffen’s backyard elopement

Kat & Steffen were not interested in having an over-the-top wedding. They had the most intimate, Monday, perfect ceremony in their backyard. Instead of a huge wedding, they purchased a house. And planned on going on an amazing honeymoon.

Kat walked out in a chich wedding dress and cage veil over her perfect red-lipped face. Steffen watched as she walked out, so giddy. Their closest friends and family looked on with the largest smiles on their faces. The ceremony was short and sweet and perfect. After their ceremony, they walked with their guests around the corner to the Spirit Room for cocktails.

Now if you haven’t been to the Spirit Room, it’s an eclectic bar with all sorts of amazing decor from movies and around the area. For a better description, check out the photos below.

After the cocktails at The Spirit Room, they headed back to an amazing catered dinner with their closest people.

Before they walked over, we had the most beautiful light across the street. With an empty parking lot and some white buildings behind, I’ll take amazing light all day long. Kat and Steffan said they’d do whatever I wanted *swoon*.
