You can get married however and whenever you want. You can absolutely get married on a Tuesday with just your officiant and photographer. They were going to have a large wedding, then decided it was too much and they would elope at the Memorial Art Gallery instead. It turned out perfect. No rush, the words they spoke back and forth, that only they heard.
There is so much intimacy when it’s just the 2 of you. Do not let anyone make you feel like you have to have a lavish wedding with lots of guests. After the art gallery, we went to a bench that they had sat on so many times before. They proceeded to have a lovely night with their closest friends. It was the best day.
