New York Beer Project Wedding : Lynn + Mitch

This lovely couple loves craft beer and trying new breweries. Lynn and Mitch love old music and play Rat Pack songs in the dining room. They both also love the aesthetics of industrial brick and exposed ceilings paired with sparkling chandeliers and elegant touches. They wanted something that had all of it.

As soon as they stepped in to upstairs event room at NYBP, Lynn started crying, and that pretty much sealed the deal. It was perfect. Lynn says that the litmus test making sentimental decisions (like picking Christmas trees in the field or pumpkins in the patch) is if she cries over a particular one. Then it’s the one for them!

It truly was a great choice for them, and it reflected their personality so well. They went with a true vintage theme. She looked so gorgeous in her white wedding gown with delicate cap sleeves and full skirt. She paired it with a pretty blusher veil. When they stood next to their champagne-colored vintage car, it looked like they were newlyweds from the 50s.

I can’t forget to mention Lynn’s bouquet. She is a florist so of course her flowers were stunning! Her good friend and fellow floral designer Michael designed the bouquets. The hand-tied spray spilled over with colorful flowers and greenery – so gorgeous!

When it came time for their ceremony, the world stood still for their special moment. The décor and theme were great, but nothing could compare to their private moment together as they exchanged heartfelt vows. Now it was my turn to reach for the tissues.
