Brenna & Michael’s Fairytale Wedding | Rochester, NY
Once upon a time…
Most little girls fantasize about their fairytale wedding. A couple weeks ago Brenna & Michael actually combined a favorite childhood fairytale with the theme of their big day. Their romantic Alice and Wonderland wedding was filled with clocks, doorknobs, and incredibly decorated themed cakes by Gourmet Goodies.
The day began with me shooting the girls getting ready. Magic filled the air when Brenna’s mom brought over a gift that she’d been holding on to since Brenna was a teenager. The gift was from Brenna’s grandmother who had passed away. Inside was a beautiful bracelet that Brenna quickly had her mother clasp around her wrist. From there the day just kept getting better.
After the ceremony Brenna & Michael walked out of St. Monica’s to a sea of bubbles which made for the perfect photo op! The smile on their faces and the magical kiss that was shared between them was perfection. The reception held at RIT Inn and Conference Center, kicked off with the couple sharing their first dance as husband and wife followed by the guests bringing out their best dance moves! I, on the other hand, stayed behind my camera and kept an eye on the cakes 😉 I mean, seriously, look at how incredible those cakes are!
Magic filled the air the entire night as DJ Sound Express filled the venue with music and the guests covered the dance floor. I had a blast capturing this fairytale evening and wish the new Mr. & Mrs. Bonis a happily ever after.
